On May 8, the International College held a youth student symposium themed "Striving for a New Era, Becoming a New Youth." Zhong Yuanhui, Party Secretary of the International College, all counselors, and student representatives attended the meeting. During the meeting, the student representatives shared their opinions and suggestions regarding their studies, daily life, and career planning. Zhong Yuanhui noted that the speeches of the youth representatives not only reflected their profound understanding of the student organizations within the college but also demonstrated their deep recognition and active practice of the May Fourth Spirit (五四精神). He encouraged the youth representatives to be pioneers of innovative thinking and role models of hard work and responsibility. He urged them to maintain perseverance and determination, hone their skills diligently, and become exemplary figures for their peers, thus uniting and leading the wider youth to contribute their youthful energy to the grand cause of building a modern socialist nation.
