Zhong Yuanhui, the Party Secretary of International College, along with all counselors, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhong Yuanhui.

During the meeting, each full-time counselor in the school presented a summary of their work regarding work philosophy, objectives, priorities, achievements, etc. They reported on their work in areas such as ideological guidance, safety management, academic atmosphere construction, work for the party and youth league, psychological education, student employment, etc. They reviewed and summarized the various work measures, highlights, and unique experiences from the past semester, shared personal insights, growth experiences, and work accomplishments.

Zhong Yuanhui affirmed the work performance of all counselors over the past year and encouraged them to manage the balance between work, studies, and personal life, turning work pressure into motivation, excelling in their work beyond the basic requirements, and achieving even better results. Addressing the shortcomings and issues faced by counselors in their work, he provided three recommendations: Firstly, counselors should focus on ideological and political work, strengthen students' ideological education and moral guidance; secondly, counselors should engage in heartfelt conversations with students, comprehensively and objectively understand their situations to deepen and refine their work; thirdly, they should cultivate good professional ethics, abide by rules and regulations, broaden their horizons, enhance their professional level, and become potential, charming, and dynamic ideological and political workers for students.
