Vice principle of Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation，Professor Andrew Phillip Saiden, , and his delegation visited our school.
        In the morning of December 19 ^th, Professor Andrew Phillip Saiden, Vice Principle of  Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (“APU”) and Qin Xueling, Chief Representative of China region, Guo Weiwang, Dean of Hong Kong Caton University (Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation at Hong Kong), Liao Xinjun, Director of Development Department, Li Jingyi, Representative of South China region, Huang Xiaohua, Representative of South China region, visited our school. Ou jiemei, Vice Principle of our school, Guo Hang, Dean of International College, Long Haiying, Vice Dean of International College, Li Cailing, Assistant Dean, and Zhang Yandong, Head of foreign affairs, welcomed the delegates and held a symposium in Room 202.
        Guo Hang, on behalf of the school, welcomed Andrew Phillip Saiden and his delegation. He introduced the overall situation of our school and the current development of international education programs of the International College. APU is a first-tier university in Malaysia. Our school is following "the Belt and Road Initiative”and hopes to cooperate with APU in a comprehensive way to cultivate talents with an international vision and strong sense of innovation.
        Andrew Phillip Saiden thanked our school for the warm welcome. He expressed his high recognition for the quality of our international vision and shared the hope that we could work together to cultivate global talents. APU will fully support the program of Hong Kong Caton University (Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation at Hong Kong) to carry out project cooperation with our school, so as to thrive together.
         Ou Jiemei pointed out that the preparation work for cooperation between our school and APU should be pragmatic and not limited to degree only education, but can diversify the cooperation, such as vocational courses and overseas training of teachers.Our school will actively promote international education, use foreign high-quality education resources, introduce foreign advanced teaching mode, and improve the training quality.
        At the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on cooperation mode, course docking, credit mutual recognition, scientific research activities, teaching practice and overseas language practice teaching.
