 A Delegation from Marshall University Visited GCC for a New Blueprint of International Cooperation

On May 23, Dr. Avinandan Mukherjee, vice president of Marshall University in the United States, and Gordon Huang, project manager of international programs of MU visited GCC. The two universities had an in-depth exchange on the cooperation between both sides. The meeting was chaired by Guo Hang, vice president of GCC. Hong Zhenhua, Yang Yueqing, vice deans of the International College, and relevant members from the International Exchange and Cooperation Office attended the meeting. At the meeting, the two sides focused on the possibility of cooperation in the "3+1" dual-bachelor degrees program and the "3+1+1" bachelor-master program, and discussed in depth how to provide students with a broader learning platform and international vision through cooperative programs. In addition, both sides expressed their willingness to cooperate deeply in the project planning of recruiting international students and the international certification of business courses. After full communication, the two universities exchanged views on the development of the program and reached a consensus.
