注：凡持 X1 签证者，必须在来华 30 天内办理居留许可手续。在开学报到后，学校会统一组织留学生进行体检并申请办理居留许可，如错过统一体检和办理时间，留学生须自行前往相关地点单独体检或办理签证及居留许可。

Fees are the student’s responsibility and are subject to change by relevant authorities.

Note: X1 visa holders MUST apply for the Residence Permit within 30 days of entry. The college will organize a group medical examination and application after registration. Students missing this session must arrange and pay for these procedures individually.

校园内共设置有多个学生食堂，分别位于广州商学院 2 栋学生公寓一、二楼的同乐园美食广场（学生第一，第七食堂），16 栋学生公寓一楼的学生第二食堂 （同德园），学生公寓 52 栋一楼、二楼的学生第四食堂（集菜菜幸福餐厅），22 栋学生公寓一楼的感恩食堂，北学生宿舍区的第五食堂（智慧食堂）、第六食堂 （同心园）、学术交流中心教工食堂。另外在校内设有多家饮品店如星巴克、瑞幸咖啡、茶理宜世、蜜雪冰城、益禾堂等，设有肯德基、麦当劳、必胜客等快餐店供选择。

Multiple canteens are available across campus (Tongleyuan Food Plaza, Tongde Garden, Jicaicai Restaurant, Ganen Canteen, Smart Canteen, Tongxin Garden, Faculty Canteen). Branded options include Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, various tea shops (Cha Li Yi Shi, Mixue Bingcheng, Yihetang), and fast-food outlets like KFC, McDonald’s, and Pizza Hut.

我校已完成校园网络和校园一卡通系统的建设， 学生通过校园卡或微信、支付宝均可实现食堂、超市消费、图书馆借阅等功能；校园内已全面覆盖高速4G/5G 无线数据、语音服务；全校范围已覆盖WIFI16 无线信号，同一校园网账号电脑与手机均可实现全校漫游，并提供 50M 以上速率的上网服务和不同的运营商供各位新同学自由选择办理。

(8) IT Services

The campus is covered by high-speed 4G/5G networks and WIFI. The campus card system integrates functions like dining, shopping, and library access. Students can also use WeChat/Alipay for payments. Internet packages (50Mbps+) from various carriers are available for purchase.

7. 温馨提示

（1）携带部分人民币现金

由于中国境内多使用微信、支付宝等线上支付方式，国际学生入境后需要先办理电话卡、银行卡等，所以建议国际学生提前准备部分现金便于临时采购和支付校园卡、燃气充值等相关费用。根据国家关于货币出入境的有关规定，中国公民出入境、外国人入出境每人每次携带的货币限额为人民币20000元。

7. Important Tips 

(1) Carry Some RMB Cash

While digital payments (WeChat Pay/Alipay) are prevalent, having some cash is useful for initial expenses before setting up local bank accounts/phone numbers. The legal limit for carrying RMB in/out of China is 20,000 RMB per person per trip.

（2）应用软件

在中国的学习与生活之旅中，你会发现支付宝APP、微信APP、高德地图APP以及有道翻译官APP是不可或缺的移动应用。为了更加顺畅地融入这一环境，我们推荐同学们提前下载并熟悉这些应用。

（5）我校暂无西北风味餐厅（Halal restaurant）与专门的宗教祈祷场地。

(5) Note on Specific Facilities

The college currently does not have a Halal restaurant or dedicated religious prayer spaces on campus.

（6）预防电信网络诈骗指南

① 警惕“两卡”犯罪

“两卡”犯罪是指非法出租、出售、购买“两卡”的违法犯罪活动。犯罪分子通常通过“高价佣金”为诱饵收购“两卡”进行洗钱等违法行为。根据相关法律法规，“两卡”仅限于本人使用，不得非法出租、出售。否则轻则泄露个人信息，受到限制办卡等信用惩戒或行政处罚，情节严重的构成帮助信息网络活动罪，即通常所说的“帮信罪”。

(6) Preventing Telecom & Network Fraud 

1) Be wary of “two-card” crimes

The crime of “two cards” refers to the illegal activities of renting; selling and purchasing “two cards”. Criminals usually engage in illegal activities such as money laundering by using “high commission” as bait to acquire “two cards”. According to relevant laws and regulations, the “two cards” are only for personal use and cannot be illegally rented or sold. Otherwise, it may result in the disclosure of personal information, credit penalties such as card issuance restrictions, or administrative penalties. In severe cases, it constitutes the crime of aiding information network activities, commonly known as the “aiding and abetting” crime.

② 冒充熟人诈骗

诈骗分子首先通过不法手段获取新生的手机号等信息后，便会以老师、同学、朋友的照片作为头像，以其姓名为微信名，添加受害人微信，并设法拉近感情，以缴纳学费、帮忙付款等理由诱导受害人转账。

2) Pretending to be an acquaintance and committing fraud

Scammers first obtain the phone numbers and other information of new students through illegal means, and then use photos of teachers, classmates, and friends as avatars, their names as WeChat accounts, add the victim’s WeChat, and set up close relationships to induce the victim to transfer money under the pretext of paying tuition fees, helping with payments, and other reasons.

③ 网络兼职刷单

犯罪分子通过网络平台推送兼职广告，以开网店需快速刷单提升网上好评、信誉度等为由，招募大学生进行网络兼职刷单，诱导学生多次转账后不予返现。

3) Online part-time job brushing orders

Criminals use online platforms to promote part-time job advertisements, recruiting college students to engage in online part-time job brushing on the grounds that opening an online store requires quick brushing of orders to improve online reputation and credibility. They induce students to transfer money multiple times without cashback.

④ 不良校园贷

诈骗分子伪装成银监会工作人员或网贷公司客服，声称国家禁止大学生网贷，需要注销相关账户，诱导学生将网络平台提现的借款转入所谓的“清查账户”（实为诈骗人员的个人账户），或以“需要将‘学生账户’升级为‘成人账户’”为由，诱导大学生通过支付宝借呗等渠道贷款并向其转账。

4) Bad campus loans

The fraudsters pretend to be CBRC staff or online loan company customer service, claiming that the country prohibits college students from making online loans and needs to cancel relevant accounts, induce students to transfer the loans withdrawn from the online platform to the so-called “inventory account” (actually the personal account of the fraudster), or “need to upgrade the ‘student account’ to the ‘adult account’”, induce college students to make loans and transfer funds to them through Alipay borrowing and other channels.

⑤ 助学金、助学贷款诈骗

不法分子通过非法渠道获取学生的个人信息，自称学校，财政局，教育部门或民政部门的工作人员，称有一项针对贫困学生的助学金已经转入银行，以领取贫困补助或退学费为名。让受害人毫无防备地在骗子指导下将卡内存款汇入其指定的账户上，从而完成诈骗。

5) Financial aid and student loan fraud

Criminals obtain students’ personal information through illegal channels, claiming to be staff members of schools, finance bureaus, education departments, or civil affairs departments. They claim that a scholarship for impoverished students has been transferred to a bank under the pretext of receiving poverty subsidies or refunding tuition fees. Let the victim transfer the card deposit to their designated account under the guidance of the scammer without any defense, thus completing the fraud.

⑥ 虚假购物诈骗

骗子通过网络、短信发送虚假购物广告或者虚假服务信息，以低价销售的商品来唤醒被害人购物欲望，当被害人相中物品后，骗子会以各种理由让被害人脱离正规交易平台给其转钱，直到被害人掏空钱包为止。

6) Fake shopping fraud

Scammers send false shopping advertisements or service information through the internet or text messages, using low-priced products to awaken the victim’s shopping desire. When the victim finds the item, scammers will use various reasons to make the victim leave the regular trading platform and transfer money to them until the victim empties their wallet.

⑦ 网络购物冒充客服退款

不法分子通过非法渠道购买网购客户的相关信息，冒充电商平台客服人员，声称其网购商品出现质量问题或冒充快递公司客服，称快递丢失，要对受害人进行退款和赔付。然后发送虚假退赔网站或二维码，要求受害人填写银行卡号，验证码等信息，盗刷受害人银行卡。

7) Online shopping impersonating customer service for refunds

Criminals purchase relevant information of online shopping customers through illegal channels, impersonate customer service personnel of e-commerce platforms, claim that their online shopping products have quality problems or impersonate customer service of courier companies, claim that the courier is lost, and demand refunds and compensation from the victims. Then send a fake refund website or QR code, asking the victim to fill in their bank card number, verification code, and other information, and steal the victim's bank card.

⑧ 裸聊诈骗

公安机关提醒广大人民群众，倡导绿色上网，远离网络不良行为 : 不要轻信陌生人，不轻易下载他人指定的所谓 APP 更不要向陌生人泄露身份和家庭等敏感信息；发现被骗或者被敲诈后，不要选择沉默，要第一时间报警，积极配合公安机关调查取证，提供破案线索。

8) Naked chat fraud

The public security organs remind the general public to advocate green internet and stay away from bad online behavior: do not trust strangers easily, do not download so-called apps designated by others, and do not disclose sensitive information such as identity and family to strangers. After discovering being deceived or extorted, do not choose to remain silent, but to report to the police as soon as possible, actively cooperate with the public security organs to investigate and collect evidence, and provide clues for solving the case.

（7）蚊媒传染病防控工作倡议/温馨提醒

根据广东省教育厅引发的《高等学校基孔肯雅热等传染病疫情防控工作指引》和黄埔区疾控部门的工作要求，为防范基孔肯雅热等蚊媒传染病在校园传播，用实际行动筑牢健康防线，我们每个人都是自己健康第一责任人，倡议广大同学们在新学期自觉做到以下几方面：

(7) Mosquito-Borne Disease Prevention Guidelines & Reminder

In accordance with the “Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases such as Chikungunya Fever in Higher Education Institutions” issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and the requirements of the Huangpu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and to prevent the spread of mosquito-borne diseases like Chikungunya Fever on campus, we must take concrete actions to strengthen our health defenses. Each of us is the primary person responsible for our own health. We strongly advise all students to consciously adhere to the following measures at the start of the new semester:

1）积极清理积水。不在宿舍放置水生植物，不随手丢弃容易积水的塑料瓶，定期清理宿舍容易积水的容器。

1) Eliminate Standing Water Proactively: Do not keep aquatic plants in your dormitory. Do not discard plastic bottles or other items that can easily collect water. Regularly check and clean containers in your room that may accumulate stagnant water.

2）积极参与爱国卫生运动。开展新学期学生社区卫生大清扫活动，开学后每逢周四进行宿舍卫生清扫，重点清理阴暗潮湿的角落，生活垃圾每天清理，杜绝蚊子滋生地。

2) Participate Actively in Patriotic Health Campaigns: Take part in campus-wide cleanliness activities at the beginning of the semester. After classes start, participate in thorough dormitory cleaning every Thursday, paying special attention to dark, damp corners. Dispose of household garbage daily to eliminate mosquito breeding sites.

3）加强个人防护。宿舍使用电蚊香，休息时使用蚊帐（电蚊香和蚊帐回校时自带）；外出时穿着长袖衣物，合理使用有效的驱蚊剂，涂抹在暴露的皮肤上。避免在蚊虫出没频繁的时段（7:00-9:00、16:00-18:00）于树荫、草丛、凉亭等户外阴暗处逗留。

3) Strengthen Personal Protection: Use electric mosquito repellents in your dorm room and sleep under a mosquito net (please bring your own electric repellent and net upon returning to campus). When going outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants. Apply effective insect repellent properly to exposed skin. Avoid lingering in shady outdoor areas such as under trees, in grassy areas, or pavilions during peak mosquito activity hours (7:00-9:00 and 16:00-18:00).

4）加强个人健康关注。回校前，如果出现发热、关节痛、肌肉痛等症状要及时报告辅导员，并暂缓返校。回校后，按要求进行个人健康监测，如果出现发热、关节疼痛等症状，及时就医并报告辅导员，并如实告知近期的出行和活动情况。

4) Monitor Your Health Closely: If you experience symptoms such as fever, joint pain, or muscle pain BEFORE returning to campus, you must report it to your counselor immediately and postpone your return. AFTER returning to campus, monitor your health as required. If symptoms like fever or joint pain develop, seek medical attention promptly, report it to your counselor, and accurately inform them about your recent travel and activities.

5）返校途中做好防蚊措施。返校途中着长裤长袖上衣，喷涂驱蚊液，减少在户外逗留的时间。

5) Take Anti-Mosquito Measures During Your Return Journey: Wear long pants and long-sleeved shirts during your trip back to campus. Apply insect repellent spray and minimize time spent outdoors.

6）学生出现发热等症状就医流程

6) Procedure for Students Experiencing Fever or Other Symptoms:

① 学生返校后，如果出现发热等症状，需第一时间报告辅导员，并到医务室就医；就医过程需穿着长裤和长袖上衣，并喷涂驱蚊液。

① If you develop a fever or other concerning symptoms AFTER returning to campus, you must report it to your counselor immediately and visit the campus medical clinic. Wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt, and apply insect repellent before and during your visit to the clinic.

② 学生在医务室做好问诊登记后，到龙湖街社区卫生服务中心（龙湖街天琅一街2号）或者知识城医院进行抗原检测。

② After initial registration and consultation at the campus clinic, you will be directed to the Longhu Street Community Health Service Center (No. 2, Tianlang 1st Street, Longhu Street) or the Knowledge City Hospital for antigen testing.

③ 如经检测确诊为登革热或者基孔肯雅热，则由龙湖街卫生服务中心或知识城医院安排住院治疗。若确诊后，经医院判别可以居家隔离治疗，则可以回校入住健康驿站或者由家长接回居家治疗。

③ If diagnosed with Dengue Fever or Chikungunya Fever, arrangements for hospitalization will be made by the Longhu Community Health Service Center or Knowledge City Hospital. If the hospital determines that home isolation and treatment are suitable, you may either move into the campus health isolation facility or be taken home by your parent/guardian for treatment.

④ 确诊病例治疗痊愈后，凭医院出具的康复证明可回校正常学习生活。

④ After full recovery from a confirmed case, you may return to normal study and life on campus upon presenting an official medical certificate of recovery issued by the hospital.
