（一）学校简介OverviewofGCC
广州商学院前身是华南师范大学增城学院，是广东省第一所由独立学院转设的普通本科高校。学校设经济学院、管理学院、会计学院、外国语学院、法学院、信息技术与工程学院、现代信息产业学院、艺术设计学院、国际学院、数字经济产业学院、马克思主义学院、体育学院、继续教育学院等13个学院，注重“新商科+泛ICT融合”特色学科专业群建设，形成了管理学、经济学、文学、法学、工学、艺术学等多学科相互支持、交叉融合、协同发展的学科专业布局，旨在培养经济社会发展需要的高素质应用型人才。学校现有省级实验教学示范中心3个，校内实验、实训中心（室）204个，校外实践教学基地352个，以及图书馆藏有318万册纸质图书。现有全日制在校学生3万余人，学校坚持以人才培养为中心，学校历届毕业生受到社会和用人单位的广泛认可，历届就业率在90%以上。
Guangzhou College of Commerce (here in after referred to as “GCC”), formerly known as Zengcheng College of South China Normal University, is the first independent college in Guangdong Province to be successfully converted into a regular undergraduate institution. GCC comprises 13 different colleges, including School of Management, School of Economics, School of Accounting, School of Foreign Languages, School of Law, School of Information Technology & Engineering, School of Modern Information Industry, School of Art & Design, International College, School of Digital Economy Industry, School of Marxism, School of Physical Education and School of Continuing Education. GCC emphasizes developing specialized disciplines that blend “New Business Disciplines” with “Broad ICT Integration,” forming a multidisciplinary academic structure that supports the coordinated development of management, economics, literature, law, engineering, and the arts. Its mission is to cultivate high-quality, application-oriented talents to meet the needs of economic and social development. Currently, GCC hosts over 30,000 full-time students. It boasts 3 provincial-level experimental teaching demonstration centers, 204 on-campus laboratories and training centers, 352 off-campus practice teaching bases, and the library houses a collection of 3. 18 million printed books. With a student-centered approach to talent development, GCC has consistently maintained an employment rate above 90% for its graduates, who are highly recognized by society and employers.
学校始终践行“国际化”办学理念，努力打造国际化办学品牌，国际交流与合作走在广东省同类院校前列。2002年，学校与澳大利亚南昆士兰大学合办国际会计专业，是广东首批本科层次的中外合作办学项目。2012年，学校与美国贝佛大学合办物流管理专业双学位项目，成为学校第2个获得教育部批准的中外合作办学项目。2022年，我校与美国南新罕布什尔大学合作举办的互联网金融本科教育项目成功获得教育部批准，使我校成为省内拥有最多中外合作办学项目的高校。学校现已同美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、德国、日本等26个国家和地区境外173所知名高校建立合作关系，并于2024年在新加坡设立海外教学中心，积极加入世界大学校长联合会（IAUP）、亚太大学联合会（AUAP）等国际组织，逐步形成“专、本、硕”一体化的国际教育格局。自2023年正式获得国际学生招生与培养资质以来，已接收了来自瑞典、俄罗斯、泰国、老挝、越南、印度尼西亚等23个国家的240多名国际学生。
GCC upholds the principle of internationalization education, striving to build an internationalized brand of education and lead in international exchanges and cooperation among sister institutions in Guangdong Province. In 2002, GCC jointly established an international accounting program with the University of Southern Queensland in Australia, marking one of the first undergraduate-level Sino-foreign cooperative education projects in Guangdong Province. In 2012, GCC launched a dual-degree program in logistics management with Bellevue University in the United States, becoming our second Sino-foreign cooperative education project approved by the Ministry of Education. In 2022, our undergraduate Internet Finance program, developed in partnership with the University of New Hampshire in the USA, gained approval from the Ministry of Education, positioning GCC as the university in Guangdong Province with the highest number of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs. GCC has established cooperative relationships with 173 renowned universities in 26 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, and others.In 2024, it further set up an overseas teaching center in Singapore and actively joined international organizations such as the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) and the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP). These steps are progressively shaping an integrated international education framework covering diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Since officially obtaining the accreditation to recruit and cultivate international students in 2023, the institution has enrolled over 240 international students from 23 countries, including Sweden, Russia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
（二）地理环境Location of GCC
广州商学院地理位置优越，交通便捷。学校位于粤港澳大湾区东北部，坐落在广州开发区中新广州知识城的南部核心地带。广州开发区是全国综合实力最强的国家级开发区，是广州市改革开放的窗口，有100多家世界500强跨国公司在开发区投资设厂。中新广州知识城是中国和新加坡合作打造、引领产业转型升级的国家级双边合作项目，是引领珠三角地区乃至中国知识经济发展的新高地。广州商学院校园内部有直接对接的地铁出口，新龙高铁站距离我校约几百米，未来乘坐高铁直达白云机场只需10分钟。良好的区位优势，为学校人才培养和学生实践就业提供了条件。
GCC enjoys a prime geographic location with convenient transportation links. The university is situated in the northeastern part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, within the southern core of the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, located in the Guangzhou Development District. This district is one of China’s most robust national-level economic development zones and serves as a significant window for Guangzhou’s reform and opening-up efforts, hosting manufacturing investments from over 100 Fortune Global 500 multinational companies. The Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City is a flagship national bilateral cooperation project jointly developed by China and Singapore. It is designed to lead industrial transformation and upgrading, and serves as a new frontier for the development of the knowledge economy in the Pearl River Delta and across China. GCC has a direct connection to a metro station, providing easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the Xinlong High-Speed Railway Station is located just a few hundred meters from the campus. In the near future, high-speed trains will enable travel from GCC to Baiyun International Airport in just 10 minutes. This advantageous location facilitates talent cultivation, student internships, and employment opportunities.
二、短期汉语进修生招生信息Admission Information for Short-term Chinese Language Students
学校为短期汉语进修生提供各种不同层次的汉语进修课程，旨在提高汉语水平的国际学生可申请入读进修课程。
GCC offers a variety of Chinese language programs at different levels for short-term Chinese language students. International students aiming to improve their Chinese proficiency are welcome to apply for these programs.
● 学制Program Duration：一学期One semester
● 收费标准Tuition Fees：
学费5000元/期（不包括新HSK考试费用）；
RMB 5,000 per semester (HSK exam fees not included);
教材费预收RMB 500元/生，按实际计费，多退少补。
Textbook deposit: RMB 500 per student (actual costs will be charged, and any balance will be refunded).
● 奖学金政策Scholarship Policy：面试通过，符合条件者可申请最高40%学费的奖学金。
Applicants who pass the interview and meet the eligibility criteria may apply for a scholarship covering up to 40% of the tuition fee.
● 入学条件Admission Requirements：年龄满18周岁或以上，40周岁或以下，身心健康，具有相当于中国初中毕业或以上学历且持有外国有效护照的非中国籍公民，通过学校组织的面试后择优录取。
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged between 18 and 40, in good physical and mental health; Must hold a valid foreign passport and possess educational qualifications equivalent to or above graduation from a Chinese junior high school; Admission is based on a selective interview conducted by the university.

三、短期汉语进修生开学及报名时间和申请流程Enrollment, Registration Dates, and Application Procedures for Short-term Chinese Language Students
● 开学时间Start Date
2026年10月初开学（届时以具体入学通知为准）。
The semester will begin in early October 2026 (subject to the official admission notice).
● 报名时间Application Deadline
报名截止日期为2026年5月31日。
The application deadline is May 31, 2026.
● 申请流程Application Procedure
第一步: 联系广州商学院国际学院办公室获得《广州商学院国际学生(非学历生)入学申请表》，也可通过广州商学院主页上下载申请表;
Step 1: Contact the International College Office of GCC to obtain the “GCC International Student (Non-degree Program) Application Form”, or download the form from the college website.
第二步: 申请表和其他相关申请材料最迟在报名截止日前直接邮寄或通过E-Mail寄至国际学院办公室，并缴纳报名费200元/生，未被录取或放弃录取资格者，该费用不予退还；
Step 2: Submit the completed application form along with all required materials by mail or email to the International College Office before the application deadline. A non-refundable application fee of RMB 200 per student must be paid. This fee will not be refunded if the applicant is not admitted or forfeits admission.
第三步：通过报名材料初审，国际学院办公室将通过邮件、短信等方式通知申请人按时参加学校组织的面试；
Step 3: After a preliminary review of the application materials, the International College Office will notify applicants via email, SMS, or other means to participate in an interview organized by the school.
第四步:面试后，国际学院办公室对申请人进行入学资格和语言成绩审核。审核通过后，发放《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》。
Step 4: Following the interview, the International College Office will evaluate the applicant’s eligibility for admission and review their language proficiency. Upon approval, the “Admission Offer” and the “Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Coming to China” will be issued.
四、其他信息（签证、保险、住宿和学校生活设施、联系方式）Other Information (Visa, Insurance, Accommodation and Campus Amenities, Contact Information)
● 签证Visa
申请人持《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》、《外国人体格检查记录》及护照到所在国的中国使（领）馆办理来华学习“X”签证。
Applicants should bring the “Admission Offer”, “Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Coming to China”, “Foreigner Physical Examination Record”, and their passport to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their home country to apply for an “X” visa for studying in China.
● 保险Insurance
入学后统一购买保险，按照实际保险费用缴纳。如开学后退学，本年度保险费用不能退款。
After enrollment, students are required to purchase insurance collectively through the college and pay according to the actual insurance cost. If a student withdraws from the program after the semester begins, the insurance fee for the academic year will not be refunded.
